  • Completion of Certificate IV in Building and Construction and at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry or
  • Completion of Diploma of Building and Construction, Building Surveying, Building Design, or any other related field of study

Graduates can proceed to study the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) Degree with 4 units as a credit.
