Graduates of this course have the knowledge and skills to pursue a career in residential cost estimating.

As a graduate of the Undergraduate Certificate you will have the foundation knowledge and skills to start a career in building and construction as a Cadet or Trainee in a building or construction company

 

Entry requirements

  • Completion of Certificate IV and at least one year of relevant industry experience.
  • Completion of Certificate III or apprenticeship in construction trades plus at least two years of relevant industry experience.

Graduates can proceed to study the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) Degree with 4 units as a credit.
